Education Services
Travancore School services the educational needs of children and young people who are clients of the Royal Children’s Hospital Integrated Mental Health Service (RCHIMHS) and Orygen Youth Health Clinical Program (OYH-CP).
At OYH-CP, teachers work with young people who are not attending school or further education, or require support to maintain current education or training.
They offer small group experiences in collaboration with clinical staff within the OYH-CP recovery group program with an emphasis on vocational skills development and accredited training units. In addition, teachers provide individual pathways planning and consultation and liaison with schools and training providers and support to assist students maintain current educational placements.
